It will fit a children's bike perfectly. In terms of material and functionality, the quality is excellent. However, the price seems excessive to me. An optimal price would be around 10-12 dollars. The problem is that the product is not easily adaptable to all types of bicycles unless the bike has an upgrade with a smaller handlebar stem.
